Huifang Chen,Professor at Zhejiang University.Huifang Chen Obtained a PhD in Communication and Information Systems from Zhejiang University in April 2000.July 2000 Teaching and research work in the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University.From October 2005 to September 2007, postdoctoral research at Shizuoka University in Japan was funded by the China Scholarship Council and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan.Selected as “Qianjiang Talent” of Zhejiang Province in 2011.In 2014, she was selected as the second-level training personnel of Zhejiang Province’s “New Century 151 Talent Project”
The main research directions are wireless networks (land, water), network-based intelligent information processing, network and communication security. The research work has been awarded the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Key R&D Program, the 863 Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Major Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Plan , financial support for cooperative research and development projects by enterprises and institutions. Responsible for more than 10 million yuan in scientific research funding in the past five years. Scientific research achievements have won the first and third prizes at the provincial and ministerial levels once each; the first prize at the municipal and bureau level once; and the second prize at the other awards once. She has published more than 160 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and international conferences.
