Cleide Mara Faria Soares has a degree in Chemical Industrial Engineering from EEL / USP in 1995, a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from UNICAMP in 2000, a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Maringá in 2004 and two Post-Doctorates in 2006 from EEL / USP and 2012 at the Instituto Superior de Agronomia, Universidade de Lisboa in 2012. CNPq Research Productivity Scholarship - Level 1D. She is currently a researcher at the Institute of Technology and Research and a permanent professor at the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Process Engineering and Industrial Biotechnology at Tiradentes University. The research areas are focused on the interactions between chemical engineering, biochemistry and biology, aiming to improve the use and transformation of agricultural resources, using alternative processes such as the use of commercial enzymes or produced by fermentation purified by aqueous two-phase systems for the modification of oils and fats for industrial application, such as: emulsifiers (monoglycerides), fatty acids, biolubricants, structured or bioactive lipids of various types (dietary type MLM or substitutes for breast milk-SGLM), among others. In the new technologies for the agro-industrial chain of milk and its derivatives, it acts on the use of molecular printing to remove lactose and cholesterol from milk for the production of probiotic milk drinks. Published 134 articles in specialized journals and more than 300 works in the annals of events. Factor H equal to 25, has 2064 citations (data updated in November 2021). It has 8 chapters of published books. It has 24 registered processes or techniques. She participated in 64 events between Brazil and abroad. She has supervised 43 master's dissertations, 20 doctoral theses, 65 scientific initiation works and 8 course completion works in the fields of environmental engineering and petroleum. She supervised 1 postdoctoral fellow. She participated in 42 research projects, and coordinated 18 of these. She currently coordinates 2 research projects, the various projects were financed by different funding agencies (CAPES, CNPq, FINEP, FAPESP / SP, FAPITEC / SE).
